The CoC Board have created several committees necessary to accomplish its purpose, roles and responsibilities. The CoC has the following committees in place:
- Executive;
- Planning and Development;
- HMIS/Coordinated Entry;
- Governance/Nominating;
- Performance Evaluation & Grant Review; and
- Finance
