By November 16, 2021, the Priority Listing and Collaborative Application will be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for consideration of funding for eight housing projects, one supportive services only project, and one planning project. FY 2021 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2021 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Program on August 18, 2021. The FY2021 NOFO is available at https://www.hudexchange.info/programs/e-snaps/fy-2021-coc-program-NOFO-coc-program-competition/.  Cumberland County Community Development (CCCD), as the lead agency and Collaborative Applicant for the Fayetteville / Cumberland County Continuum of Care (FCCCoC) on Homelessness, is encouraging eligible agencies to apply for funding made available through the CoC Program NOFO.  All local project applications must be submitted by the local deadline (October 15, 2021, 11:59 p.m. EST) in order for the project applications to be considered for funding by FCCCoC and submitted to HUD by the deadline date.  Agencies interested in applying for funding, must notify Devon Newton at dnewton@co.cumberland.nc.us by 5:00 p.m., October 8, 2021.
