Ad Hoc Nominating Committee Still Accepting Applications for CoC Board of Directors Positions
The Ad Hoc Nominating Committee is still accepting applications from potential candidates interested in serving on the CoC Board of Directors (BOD) during the 2020-2021 period. If you are interested, you may fill out the Candidate Application Form and send the completed form via email to the Ad Hoc Nominating Committee Chairperson, Debbie Brown at brodebp@gmail.com.
The deadline date for submission of the application has been extended to August 31, 2020. The Ad Hoc Nominating Committee looks forward to assisting you in any way possible throughout this process.

HUD AWARDS $472 MILLION TO PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITIES TO HELP KEEP RESIDENTS HOUSED CARES Act Funding provides additional funding to public housing authorities
According to a press release issued on Monday, August 10, 2020 by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Public Housing Authorities across the nation were awarded $472 million to assist low income households during the coronavirus pandemic. The funding is being administered through the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) which includes the Mainstream Program. The Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority was awarded $299,707.
